Patatas Bravas – roasted white potato with tomato aioli
Piquillo con Manchego – red pepper with Manchego cheese in name only on crusty bread
Garbanzos y Pepino con Melaza de grenada – chickpeas with cucumber and pomengrante molasses on crusty bread
Berenjena con Calabacín, tomates y albahaca – roasted eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and basil and on crusty bread with balsamic reduction
Chorizo con Melon – chorizo spicy sausage in name only with melon on crusty bread

Vegan Peasant Catering – who are they?
Diana and Adrian set up Vegan Peasant Catering, to cater exclusively for vegans and vegetarians, in 2010 after returning from a cycle trip that took them from the southern tip of India all the way back to London. Their love of travel and culture fuels their love of food and vice versa. Between them, they have more than 25 years experience working in the catering and restaurant industry, but more importantly, nothing makes them happier than to see you enjoying their food.
